Margaret Brown is a leadership advisor and certified coach committed to helping professionals and organizations thrive using a human-centered, values-based approach. As a former L’Oréal global marketing leader, she draws on her direct experience cultivating high-performing, innovative teams to drive meaningful transformation in all aspects of business and life. 

 

Her clients include entrepreneurs, artistic creators and a broad range of talent at start-ups, mid-size and Fortune 500 corporations. She is also an active mentor committed to non-profit organizations, including Upwardly Global, to help break down societal barriers in support of creating a more powerfully diverse and inclusive workforce.
