Terawatt Cancellation Policy

 

This Cancellation Policy applies to any Services, including classes, sessions, services, or products purchased or ordered (“Services”) through the Terawatt website (“Website”).   Any capitalized terms not defined in this policy shall have the meaning ascribed in the Terawatt Terms of Use at https://terawatt.co/terms-and-conditions/.

 

1. Payment Schedule

A company, organization, or individual which orders Services (“Customer”) must, upon placing the order, pay a deposit in the amount of 10% of the total Fees owed for the Services ordered (“Deposit”).  The remaining balance of Fees is owed no later than 15 calendar days in advance of the commencement of any scheduled Services.

 

2. Notice of Cancellation

Customer may cancel Services any time upon written notification to Terawatt to legal@goterawatt.co.

 

3. Refunds and Credits

The below table sets forth Terawatt’s refund policy applicable to full or partial refund or credit. Refunds occur when Terawatt returns either the sum of the Deposit or the remaining balance (i.e., the total Fees paid less the Deposit).  In the instance that Cancellation is received within 14 days after Customer pays the deposit and there have been no Services scheduled, a full refund of any Fees paid will be made (i.e., the Deposit and the total Fees paid).  In some circumstances, Terawatt will offer the Customer a “Credit” which is the ability to use future Services of equal or lessor value to the Services originally ordered by the Customer.  In the circumstance where a credit or a refund is available to the Customer, the Customer may choose one, but not both. Days below reflect calendar days.
