Before deciding to specialize in conflict resolution, Sophie Koven worked for twenty years as a lawyer and consultant in Boston and New York.
While working with people from all professional backgrounds she drew on her own diverse professional experience to assist her clients in navigating conflicts (large and small) that interfere with them achieving professional and personal goals.
She works with with clients to resolve existing conflicts that are limiting their success and teaches them the conflict resolution techniques that can allow them to build and manage their organization.
