ABOUT ME:

I’m a certified leadership & executive coach, advisor, and mentor with 25+ years’ experience in startups, national nonprofits, and global enterprises. I’ve held leadership roles in communications and operations in a range of industries and served as board chair of an arts education nonprofit. My background and training in DEIBA (diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and accessibility) and intercultural communication informs my work with individuals and teams from around the world.

My mission is to empower highly perceptive, highly sensitive, and/or neurodivergent high achievers to embrace their unique way of seeing and sensing the world and lead with confidence, clarity, and authenticity—and without burning out.

With first-hand experience and expertise in toxic workplaces and neurodivergent burnout, I also help leaders and organizations foster supportive, inclusive cultures and environments that allow everyone to contribute and to thrive.

In addition to coaching, advising, and mentoring, I speak to teams, ERGs and other organizations on topics including neurodiversity and inclusion. My book, “Perceptive: Insights for leaders who feel more, process deeply, and think differently,” held the #1 and #2 bestselling new release spots on Amazon in the categories of Business Diversity & Inclusion and Business Health & Stress for more than 10 days after launch. I’m also a contributing author of the bestseller, “Leading with Compassion: Cultivating Connection from the Inside Out” (Changing Work, 2025).

EDUCATION:

BA cum laude, Amherst College
Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Erickson Coaching International
Diversity & Inclusion in HR Management, HRCI
Human-Centered Design—Facilitation, LUMA Institute
Intercultural Communication, SIIC

FUN FACT:

I’ve lived in 9 countries and studied 9 languages. Sometimes my brain feels like a bowl of language spaghetti. I’m not fluent in any but English, sadly, but I can make sentences with 3 or 4 different ones at a time 😉
