From a family-owned business herself, Leonora serves on the board of her family’s boat business, Sabre Yachts, and advises families across generations.
As an adjunct professor of Negotiation and ESG at Vanderbilt University, she is particularly passionate about helping families define shared values and investment philosophies across generations. Leonora is a member of the Marshall Goldsmith 100 Coaches, the Harvard Institute of Coaching and the Forbes Coaches Council.
She was ranked Nashville’s #1 Executive Coach by Influence Digest in 2021 and 2022, and named a Nashville Business Journal 2022 Woman of Influences.
