ABOUT ME:

Julie Peacock has long been curious about what makes the body and mind feel good, integrated, and resilient. This curiosity inspired her to study nutrition and become a dietitian in 1998, to complete a yoga certification in 2004, and to dive more deeply into wellness by completing a coaching program in 2022. Working in the field of nutrition, health and wellness and supporting, encouraging and inspiring people for over 2 decades brings her joy on a daily basis.

 

It’s her passion to bring together the disciplines of nutrition, health and wellness coaching and mindfulness to help people feel productive at work and at home, to experience good health each and every day, to feel good in their own skin, and to thrive. With support, a positive mindset, and good coaching, she believes this is possible for each and every one of us!

Fun Fact:

I wrote a cookbook with three friends in 2015 about our food sharing adventures. It’s called The Soup Club Cookbook. I was a competitive cyclist in college and am in the Indiana Little 500 Hall of Fame.
