ABOUT ME:

With twenty five years of experience as a leader in collaborative professional development, and a pioneer in conscious business practices, Jessica’s focus is growing people — personally and professionally — through their work. Jessica is known for her fresh insights and intelligent counsel.

Jessica has led hundreds of retreats, powerful peer learning events and workshops, and has real-life, in-the-trenches business experience as conscious company Founder and CEO. Her views are grounded in industry research and walking-the-talk stories that inspire new strategies and build leadership capability everyday.

Her “super power” is designing system-level solutions that integrate multiple perspectives, and accomplish multiple objectives. In 1998 Jessica founded Integrated Work to fulfill a vision of creating a learning laboratory company that brings top-notch professional development to mission-driven leaders making the world a better place. Now owned and run by Dr. Jennifer Simpson, Integrated Work continues to carve new ground.

In 2019, Jessica published The Conscious Professional: Transform Your Life at Work to showcase the top strategies for growing oneself and one’s own leadership skills, in place, in any job, at any level of the organizations. Jessica lives in Boulder, Colorado with her husband, astrophysicist Dr. Steven Hartung.
