Eduardo has 30+ years of experience at top pharmaceuticals in Latin-America, South-Asia, and the USA. Due to financial constraints, he worked full-time while studied in his native Caracas, but that didn’t stop him.
On 2001 was promoted to Ecuador as country CFO and later to CFO Central America & Caribbean sub-region based in Guatemala (where earns his master’s degree). Then he led Latin-America oncology finance from the USA until getting a once-in-a-life-time experience in the exotic Indonesia closing his career with the eye-care responsibility for Central America & Caribbean, based in Costa Rica. Now Eduardo is back in America with a different purpose as a certified coach.
His success factor was combining his process orientation (typical in finance managers) with the ability to deeply connect with people and teams from other areas, ages, and cultures. And that’s what he does now. Eduardo helps finance managers to become inspiring leaders.
