ABOUT ME:

Corena Chase is a communication and leadership coach with over a decade of experience in both global Fortune 100 companies and smaller companies navigating rapid growth and changing culture. She works in an array of industries including financial services, law, management consulting, tech and media. 

 

She draws on her previous career as an actor to help her clients develop the mindset, presence and skill required to ensure they effectively communicate with the stakeholders they need to impact each day. Through her work, her clients achieve more confidence in their own voices and more courage and comfort in their ability to influence people, decisions and outcomes. 

 

She believes that skills that make us better leaders also make us more inclusive leaders, and she is passionate about working with people in the on-going journey to be both. Her work with teams and leaders includes deepening the self-awareness and curiosity about others that leads to a culture of diverse, empowered voices and perspectives.
