Kim Karetsky is the Founder and CEO of KHK Leadership and Learning, a consulting business which designs and implements customized professional development and leadership services and executive coaching to organizations and individuals.
Prior to launching KHK Leadership and Learning in 2017, Kim spent over 15 years in leadership and professional development roles in the Pine Street Leadership Development Group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and the Asset Management Division of J.P. Morgan Chase.
In addition to her work in finance, Kim has a passion for medicine and medical ethics and earned her Master in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2007 after spending a year doing academic research in Neuroethics at the Stanford Center for Biomedical Ethics. Kim is a Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee of The Chapin School in New York City where she lives with her husband, Simon Krinsky, and teenage daughter, Eve.
