I am a distinguished leader in organization and individual development, with a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry. As a former member of the Board of Management and Head of Global Research and Development for a top 3-5 global pharmaceutical company, I successfully led and coached international teams in the innovation and registration of over 25 pharmaceutical drugs.
Beyond corporate leadership, I extended my commitment to innovation by establishing innovation centers at MIT and the University of Akron. My approach to motivating multidisciplinary, multinational innovation teams was underpinned by a robust educational background, including a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry and an M.D. from Cornell University.
I further specialized through a Residency and Fellowship in Internal Medicine and Neuroendocrinology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital and NIH, and hold a Certificate in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University.
