ABOUT ME:

Specializing in values-based leadership, inclusive culture and team effectiveness.

With over 30 years as a leader in large organizations, including a decade as an executive with Comcast, I draw on my experience to help leaders develop their skills and confidence, lead with authenticity in a way that’s aligned with their values, and find fulfillment in their work. I work with teams using the AIIR Team Effectiveness model to help them optimize their performance and develop and sustain a healthy, inclusive culture. My clients include leaders at all levels – from high potential emerging leaders to C-suite executives – across multiple industries. I’ve coached leaders and teams in Fortune 500 companies and small startups.

Throughout my corporate career, I learned that leadership is about more than a profession or title. Leadership means understanding your personal definition of success, showing up as your authentic self, and then using your strengths to serve others. It is now my passion to help others see themselves more clearly and see what their own brand of leadership really is.
