As a coach, I now support emerging and established leaders, especially in engineering and product, who are preparing for promotion, seeking greater visibility, or looking to lead with more influence and intention.

I’m a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute and hold the ACC credential with the International Coaching Federation. My coaching combines structured inquiry, deep listening, and strategic insight drawn from real-world leadership experience.

Based in Northern Nevada, I’m also a lifelong skier, tinkerer, and outdoors enthusiast. Whether working with clients remotely or in person, I bring a grounded, hands-on energy to coaching, helping leaders clarify what matters most, show their value, and grow without burning out.
