Eduardo brings over 30 years of experience working with leading pharmaceutical companies across Latin America, South Asia, and the United States. Despite financial challenges, he balanced full-time work while studying in his native Caracas—a testament to his perseverance and commitment.
In 2001, Eduardo was promoted to Country CFO for Ecuador, and later to CFO for the Central America and Caribbean sub-region, based in Guatemala, where he also earned his master’s degree. He then led oncology finance for Latin America from the USA before embarking on a once-in-a-lifetime experience in Indonesia. He closed out his corporate career overseeing eye-care finance for Central America and the Caribbean, based in Costa Rica. Now back in the U.S., Eduardo has embarked on a new journey as a certified coach.
His success stems from combining process-driven expertise—common among finance managers—with the rare ability to deeply connect with people across different functions, ages, and cultures. Today, Eduardo helps finance managers evolve into inspiring leaders.
